Shipping Policy

At World Wide Imports, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

Shipping Methods
Because of the nature of our products, we typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS to keep costs low and delivery efficient. The carrier used may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays or issues. However, we’re happy to assist if you experience a problem — just reach out and we’ll help look into it.
